Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-show Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
- I appreciate 24 hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows me to make alternate plans, which may include scheduling someone else in your time slot.
- No-shows are a no-no. Please contact me even if little advance notice. If you do not show up for your appointment I reserve the right to require pre-payment for future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
